David Zeng, PhD
President

Dr. Zeng is currently President and chief Technology Officer at iWel Health.  Dr. Zeng is a seasoned medical device and pharmaceutical veteran with more than 25 years of industrial experience.  Dr. Zeng spent more than 10 years at Pfizer as a Development Team Leader for cross-functional development projects including drug delivery devices.  Prior to starting iWel, Dr. Zeng co-founded Nuron Biotech in 2010 and grew into a commercial company in less than 3 years, serving as Chief Scientific Officer.  Dr. Zeng obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Connecticut.

Geoffrey Burgess, MD
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Burgess is currently the Chief Medical Officer at iWel Health. Dr. Burgess just retired after 40 years of practice as a family medicine specialist with focus on diabetes in west Philadelphia area. Dr. Burgess graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1975. Dr. Burgess founded Gateway Medical Associates in 1986 and worked as Medical Director at Tandigm Health from 2014 to 2017.

Terry Beck
Chief Commercial Officer

Terry brings 25 years of executive experience in healthcare technology SaaS and clinical services.  His focus has been chronic health condition management including diabetes and weight loss.   Most recently, as SVP at Wellframe, he was responsible for overall growth in digital health.  Before that, as VP at Teladoc / Livongo, he was responsible for revenue growth and product expansion in the health plan segment for all products.   He graduated with BA from the University of Waterloo (Canada).

Matthew Musho, PhD
VP, Research & Operations

Matthew K. Musho, Ph.D., is a scientist and an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IVD industry. He holds a doctorate in Physical Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to his current position he was president of Conductive Technologies, Inc. (York, PA), a contract manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostic devices and printed electronics. Before arriving at CTI he was employed by the Diagnostics Division of Bayer Inc. (Elkhart, IN) in their R&D group. He is listed as a co-inventor on more than 20 patents.
